Μετά απο 3 δισκάρες, ''A Story In White'' (2001) - ''Sleep And Release'' (2003) - My Heart Has A Wish That You Would Not Go'' (2007), ένα σοκαριστικά μαύρο Ep ''Seclusion'' (2004) και μια άριστη συνεργασία με τους Isis ''In The Fistank 14'' (2006) η αγαπημένη μου Σκοτσέζικη μπάντα, Aereogramme, λέει το αντίο. Καλή τύχη σε ότι και αν κάνετε και ευχαριστούμε για τις αριστουργηματικές μελωδίες που μας χαρίσατε.

On May 11 2007, in a message board post, Aereogramme announced they were to call it a day:

"It is with heavy hearts that we tell you all that Aereogramme have decided to split up. Reasons are multiple and complex. It is however fair to say that the never ending financial struggle coupled with an almost superhuman ability to dodge the zeitgeist have taken their toll, ensuring that we just don't have any fight left in us. We are immensely proud of the four albums that we made over the past seven years. We hope that they continue to grow in your hearts. We plan to honour and celebrate the beautiful friendships we have made along the way with these final shows over the summer."
